Official Rules.

1. Sponsor and operator

The sponsor and operator of this promotion is Nation Fund ("we", "us", "Nation Fund"). Contact: @NationFundUS on X. Nation Fund is a private project. It is not the Trump Accounts program, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, or the Internal Revenue Service, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. government, Robinhood Markets, Inc., Pons, or any political candidate, party, or office holder.

2. No purchase necessary

Entry is free. No purchase, payment, donation, subscription, token ownership, trade, transaction, or social media action is required to enter or to win, and none of those actions increases the chance of being selected. All eligible entries in a draw have an equal chance.

3. Who may enter

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is greater.
• You must be a legal resident of the United States or a U.S. territory.
• You must be a parent, legal guardian, grandparent, adult sibling, or other adult authorized to act for the child whose account you submit.
• Operators of Nation Fund, their contractors, and members of their households are not eligible.
• A child may be the subject of only one active entry. Duplicate submissions for the same account are consolidated into a single entry.

Entries are submitted by adults about an account. This is not a child directed service. We do not knowingly collect a child's name, date of birth, age, or other identity details. We collect, from the adult submitter, a share link so a contribution can be directed correctly.

4. Entry period

Each draw publishes its opening time and its cutoff on the draws page. A complete submission that an operator has accepted before the cutoff is in that draw. Submissions received or accepted after the cutoff are held for the next draw. All times are recorded and displayed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

5. How to enter

Submit the form at nationfund.us/submit-account with your name, email address, state, relationship to the child, and the child's Trump Account share link, and confirm each required attestation. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted by automated means are void.

Never include a password, one time code, Social Security number, date of birth, tax document, recovery phrase, private key, or bank account number. We do not ask for them and any entry containing them may be rejected.

6. Eligibility of an entry

An entry is eligible for a specific draw only if, at the cutoff, it is accepted by an operator, not withdrawn, not a duplicate, not previously funded, and accompanied by every required attestation.

7. Winner selection

Selection uses the published, reproducible method NATION DRAW V1:

1. At the cutoff, the eligible entry set is frozen, sorted by entry number, and reduced to a single published SHA 256 hash.
2. A 32 byte random secret is generated and kept confidential. Only its SHA 256 hash (the commitment) is published.
3. A future Robinhood Chain block number is published before that block exists.
4. Once that block is final, the seed is the SHA 256 hash of the block hash followed by the revealed secret. The winning entry number is the seed, read as an integer, modulo the number of eligible entries.
5. The block hash, the revealed secret, the seed, and the result are published so any person can reproduce the outcome.

A draw is never rerun to obtain a different outcome. If the selected entrant is disqualified, the next candidate is derived from the same seed by the published alternate method.

8. Odds

The chance of being selected is one divided by the number of eligible entries in that draw. The eligible entry count is published on the draws page.

9. Prize

The prize is a contribution, in the amount published on the draws page, made toward the Trump Account identified in the winning entry through its share link. The contribution is paid to the account, not in cash to the entrant. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is available except at our sole discretion where a contribution cannot be completed. Contributions count toward the account's annual contribution limit. We do not open accounts, file Form 4547, complete brokerage paperwork, or provide tax advice. The recipient is responsible for any tax consequences and should consult a professional.

10. Notification and verification

We contact the selected entrant using the email address on the entry. The entrant must respond and confirm eligibility within 14 days. We may require confirmation of the relationship to the child and that the share link is valid and belongs to that child. We do not request credentials, Social Security numbers, or identity documents.

11. Disqualification

An entry may be disqualified for ineligibility, duplicate submission, false attestation, no response within the notification window, an invalid or inaccessible share link, or attempted manipulation. Disqualification reasons are recorded and the alternate candidate is determined by the published method rather than by discretion.

12. Privacy

We publish only a public contribution identifier, the state, the amount, the date, the method, and a proof link. We never publish the share link, the guardian's name or contact details, or a child's name or other identity details. See the Privacy Policy.

13. Cancellation

We may pause draws if we cannot complete contributions fairly or lawfully, or if the treasury does not cover the published amount. Selecting an entry does not move money by itself. A published contribution record is the public proof that a deposit was made.

14. Disputes

All decisions regarding eligibility are made by Nation Fund under these rules. Selection is by the published method. Any dispute is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Where a discrepancy exists between summary copy elsewhere on this site and these rules, these rules govern.
