Questions
Frequently asked questions.
Start here if you are mixing us up with the federal Trump Accounts program. If your question is missing, ask on X and we will add it.
Is Nation Fund the government's Trump Accounts program?
No. The Trump Account and the $1,000 pilot are a federal program you elect through the IRS (Form 4547) or trumpaccounts.gov. Nation Fund is a private token project. Trading fees become extra deposits on top of whatever the government and the family already put in.
Does every child automatically get $1,000?
No. The one time $1,000 pilot deposit is for a U.S. citizen born in 2025, 2026, 2027, or 2028 who has a Social Security number, and only after an authorized adult elects the account and the pilot. It is not deposited just because a child was born in those years. Children born outside those years can still have a Trump Account; they do not get the pilot deposit.
Does it cost anything to submit an account?
No. The form is free. No purchase, payment, token ownership, or trade is required to enter, and none of those things change the chance of being selected.
How big is each deposit?
$1,000, the same size as the federal pilot deposit. The amount for each draw is fixed when the draw opens and is shown on the draws page.
When does a draw open?
When the treasury covers a $1,000 deposit. The draws page shows whether a draw is open, frozen, or settled, along with the entry count and the target block.
How is a winner picked?
By NATION DRAW V1, a published, reproducible method. At the cutoff the entry set is frozen and hashed, a secret is committed, and a future Robinhood Chain block is named. Once that block is final, its hash and the revealed secret make the seed, and the seed picks the entry. Every input is published on the draws page. A draw is never rerun to get a different outcome.
What do you collect about my child?
Only the share link, sent by an adult. We do not ask for a child's name, date of birth, Social Security number, login, or tax forms. Anyone who asks for those in our name is not us.
Will the share link show up on the website?
No. The link is encrypted on the server and never appears on a public page. We publish a contribution identifier, state, amount, date, and proof link.
How do I check the treasury?
The treasury wallet and the Pons fee escrow are public addresses on Robinhood Chain. The homepage and the transparency page read both live and link to the explorer so you can read the same numbers without us.
Where do the fees come from?
Pons V2 charges a fee on every $NATION trade, in ETH. Pons keeps its share. The rest, plus the creator tax set at launch, accrues to the Nation Fund treasury. The token has no transfer tax, no mint, and no blacklist, and the fee can never be raised after launch.
I do not have a Trump Account yet. What do I do?
Open it first through trumpaccounts.gov or Form 4547 with your tax return. Once the account exists, the Trump Accounts app gives you a share link. Come back and submit that link.
How do I know a deposit really happened?
Every published record links to the Trump Accounts confirmation page for that contribution and, when available, to the on chain transaction that moved ETH out of the treasury. If a record is not on this site, it is not a Nation Fund deposit.
Who runs Nation Fund?
A private project. Contact is through @NationFundUS on X. Nation Fund is not affiliated with the U.S. government, the IRS, Robinhood Markets, Inc., Pons, or any political candidate, party, or office holder.
